WeAreDocs is operated by Physician Pathway Solutions, LLC. Use this page to opt in to transactional text messages about your physician-placement application. Reviewers can verify the live Privacy Policy and Terms without signing in.
What messages we send
Transactional, application-triggered SMS only — not a marketing blast program. Message types include invitation and onboarding notices, application reminders, agreement or signature notices, screening-call booking updates, and portal message alerts from WeAreDocs.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-in path 1 — Website (this page)
Enter your mobile number below and check the unchecked-by-default box agreeing to receive transactional SMS from WeAreDocs. Consent is not required to create a WeAreDocs account. Signed-in candidates also see the same SMS consent control when updating contact details in their portal account settings.
Opt-in path 2 — Staff-collected number / invite
WeAreDocs staff may collect a mobile number as part of the candidate record (for example, during import or outreach). The candidate is included in this SMS program when that number is collected for service communications and/or when they receive an invitation SMS and continue onboarding.
Opt-out and help
- Reply STOP to any WeAreDocs text to cancel SMS (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are also honored).
- Reply START to resume SMS after a prior STOP.
- Reply HELP for help.
