Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WeAreDocs physician-placement platform operated by Physician Pathway Solutions, LLC ("PPS," "we," "us," or "our"), doing business as WeAreDocs.

The service

WeAreDocs helps internationally trained physicians and related candidates apply for placement opportunities, submit applications and documents, schedule screening calls, and receive status updates from WeAreDocs staff and client organizations participating in the platform.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting an application. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or misuses the service.

SMS program (text messaging)

WeAreDocs may send informational and transactional text messages about your physician-placement application. Message content may include invitation and onboarding links, application reminders, agreement or signature notices, screening-call booking updates, and other service-related messages from WeAreDocs.

Opt-in. You opt in to SMS on the public WeAreDocs SMS consent page at /sms-consent by entering your mobile number and checking an optional, unchecked-by-default box agreeing to receive transactional text messages from WeAreDocs about your physician-placement application. Consent is not required to create an account. Signed-in candidates also see the same consent control on the intake form and when updating contact details in the portal. Separately, you may opt in when WeAreDocs staff collect your mobile number as part of your candidate record for service communications and/or when you receive an invite SMS and continue onboarding.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any WeAreDocs text to cancel SMS (synonyms such as STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are also honored). Reply START to resume SMS after a prior STOP. Reply HELP for help. Signed-in candidates can also change SMS preferences at /portal/account.

Message frequency varies based on your application activity and stage in the process. This is not a fixed daily marketing program.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our handling of mobile numbers is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in an application.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Interfere with the security or availability of the platform.
• Use WeAreDocs for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The WeAreDocs name, branding, and platform content are owned by PPS or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the service as intended.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

WeAreDocs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPS disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of WeAreDocs after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
